Telephony Center (PBX): Lucent Definity, with a
configuration for up to 200 users. FirstCall uses one
primary line with the power to scale to 30 continuous
communication transactions. The Definity call center is
one of the most respected and technically sound call centers
in the market today, and also one of the most responsive call
centers in its industry class.

File Server, data and information is safely saved on a daily
basis in safe boxes in the form of dat tape.

on site with FirstCall.

Antivirus Server:
Controls, manages, and protects all your
corporate information from the spread of destructive
computer viruses.

SQL Server
is the central storage point for all your corporate data and
information. SQL server is mirrored at every moment, except
during installation, for disaster recovery purposes.
Printing Units: FirstCall uses technically unmatched,
XEROX DC332 printers, with the ability to print 50,000 pages
per minute, for mass printing purposes, direct mail billing,
and direct-mail marketing.
Internet Connectivity: The FirstCall system is
connected to a dedicated, direct, 2Mbits line, with the
ability to provide incoming and outgoing dial up connections
to your company, in order to ensure the safe and secure
transfer of all corporate information to
clients.
Firewall: All connections reside behind a fully secure
firewall (checkpoint), while using special auditing systems in
all our data transfers for the added security enhancements and
protection your company expects.
Agent Seats: FirstCall currently has 20 work stations
in its Athens branch, while also providing the ability to
immediately scale up to 200 work stations in its Moshato
location. All employed associates pass through a
thorough training process, focusing on enhancing their skill
sets, as well as providing industry knowledge specific to all
operations and processes involved with handling the
tasks specific to our core business.
